PENGARUH NET PROFIT MARGIN DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PT. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA TAHUN 2022

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Debt to
Equity Ratio partially or simultaneously on the company value of PT. Bank Syariah
Indonesia Tbk, Year 2022. This research uses secondary data obtained from the
monthly financial statements of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. The research
method used is quantitative research method. For the analysis method using the
Multiple Linear Regression method. And analyzed analyzed using the help of SPSS
26 software.
The results of this study show that partially the NPM variable (X1) has a
positive and significant effect on the Company Value of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia
Tbk, Year 2022 which is known from the results of significance values of 0.000 <
0.05 and t-count results of 5.355 > 2.162 (t-table). The variable DER (X2) has a
negative and insignificant effect on the Company Value of PT. Bank Syariah
Indonesia Tbk, Year 2022 which is known from the results of significance values of
0.127 > 0.05 and t-count values of -1.681 < 2.262 (t-table). The variables NPM
(X1) and DER (X2) together have a significant effect on the value of the company
as indicated by the value (R²) with a result of 0.723 or equal to 72%. Which means
that all variables X and Y together have an influence of 72% while 28% comes from
other variables. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test F test are known to
result in significance values of 0.01 < 0.05 and t-count 15.360 > 4.10 (t-table)
