PENGARUH PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL), MINAT BEKERJA, PRESTASI BELAJAR DAN RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP KESIAPAN BEKERJA PADA BANK SYARIAH
ABSTRACT There are several specialization classes in the Islamic Banking undergraduate program at Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta, not all students are able to work in Islamic banks. Additionally, many graduates of the Islamic banking undergraduate program become competitors in the job market, and many of them are not absorbed to work in banks sharia. Islamic banks need HR who know about the idea of sharia. Thus, this study means to figure out more about the impact of Field Experience Practice (PPL), Work Revenue, Learning Accomplishment and Legalism on Work Availability in Islamic banks. The Researcher of this investigation is enrolled in the Islamic Banking program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample of 78 respondents for the quantitative approach. The consequences of the review show that Field Experience Practice (PPL)and , Learning Accomplishment not impact the availability mean while Work Revenue and Legalism impact the availability to work in Islamic banks somewhat or all the while.
