PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SERVANT LEADERSHIP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN PERSEPSI BUDAYA ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Pada Bank BTN Syariah KC Solo)
ABSTRACT A leader who uses servant leadership can support the performance of his employees through the indicators that appear. Effective and efficient employee performance for the progress of the company needs an organizational culture that can be a reference for employees in organizational activities. This study aims to determine the influence of servant leadership style on employee performance with the perception of organizational culture as an intervening variable in BTN Syariah KC Solo. The research uses quantitative methods and uses a causal approach. The population of this research is BTN Syariah KC Solo employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 55 respondents with a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in the study using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of the study show that there is a negative and insignificant influence of servant leadership on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on perceptions of organizational culture. There is a positive and significant influence of perceptions of organizational culture on employee performance. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance which is intervened by perceptions of organizational culture.
