ANALISIS KINERJA OPERASIONAL LEMBAGA AMIL ZAKAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN INDEKS ZAKAT NASIONAL (IZN) (Studi Kasus pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Boyolali)

ABSTRACT Poverty is a crucial problem in Indonesia, especially in Boyolali district. The number of poverty in Boyolali district shows that in 2021 there will still be an increase in the number of poor people. Various ways are done in eradicating poverty, one of which is the instrument of zakat. Zakat is expected to improve people's welfare and can reduce poverty. This research is a qualitative type of research by interviewing employees and mustahik BAZNAS Boyolali district. The analytical tool in this study uses the National Zakat Index and the ¬Multi-Stage Weight Index method in drawing conclusions about the performance of zakat institutions. The National Zakat Index is a method specially created by the Center for Strategic Studies (PUSKAS) BAZNAS in 2016. Where the IZN is to find out how the performance of a BAZNAS in its management is seen from the macro and micro dimensions. The results of this study indicate that the BAZNAS IZN score for Boyolali district is 0.44, which means that the management performance is quite good. This can also be seen from the results for each dimension, namely the macro dimension gets a value of 0.41 and the micro dimension gets a value of 0.46.
