ABSTRACTBasedontheresearchgap,therearedifferencesintheresultsfromonestudytoanother.Theexistenceofdifferencesfrom thesestudiesresultedinallegationsthatthefactorsoftraining,performanceappraisalandworkmotivationhavesignificantfactorsonemployeeperformance.This study aims to determine and analyze the effectoftraining,performance appraisaland work motivation on the performance ofemployeesofPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.Thetypeofresearchused wasquantitative byusing aquestionnaire asa data collectionmaterialanddistributeddirectlywhichwasanalyzedwiththehelpofIBMSPSSVersion23Software.Thisstudyusedprimarydataandsecondarydata.The population ofthisstudyare employees ofPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.Thesampleusedisprobabilitysamplingwithsimplerandom samplingtechniqueasmanyas133employeesofPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.DataanalysisusedmultiplelinearregressiontestsusingtheTtestasahypothesistest.TheresultsshowedthattraininghadapositiveandsignificanteffectontheperformanceofemployeesatPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.PerformanceappraisalhasapositiveandsignificanteffectontheperformanceofemployeesofPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.WorkmotivationhasapositiveandsignificanteffectontheperformanceofemployeesofPT.InvestamaSecurityCommand.Thefindingsofthisstudyprovideaconceptualframeworkregardingthefactorsthatinfluencetraining,performanceappraisal,andworkmotivationon employee performance.Therefore itcan be concluded thattheemployeehasapositiveimpactonthepresenceofthesefactors.Keywords: Training, Performance Appraisal, Work Motivation andEmployeePerformance
