ANALISIS PENGARUH ISLAMIC BRANDING, PERSEPSI RISIKO, DAN E-SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DALAM MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH DIGITAL
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of Islami branding variables, risk perception, and e-service quality on decision making in using digital sharia pawnshop applications. The population in this study is sharia pawnshop customers domiciled in Surakarta. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method. This sampling technique obtained a research sample of 100 respondents. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. As for data processing using the SPSS program Version 22.0 for windows. The results of multiple regression analysis of Islamic branding variables show that Islamic brandin has a positive and significant influence on the decision of sharia pawnshop customers to use the digital sharia pawnshop application. Risk perception variables show a positive and significant influence on the decision of sharia pawnshop customers to use the digital sharia pawnshop application. As for the e-service quality variable, it shows that it has a positive and significant influence on the decision of sharia pawnshop customers to use the digital sharia pawnshop application.
