ANALISIS SWOT BSI KCP BOYOLALI PANDANARAN 2 DALAM MENGHADAPI PERKEMBANGAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY PADA PEMBIAYAAN KUR (KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT)

This research aimed to analyze the SWOT Analysis that consist of: Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats in the Second KCP BSI of Boyolali Pandanaran in facing financial technology development in People’s Business Credit (KUR) payment. This research used a case study method with collecting the data through structured interviews and documentation. The result showed that the strength of Second KCP BSI of Boyolali Pandanaran was about the ability to know market opportunities and human resources, and it also became the largest Sharia Bank in Indonesia. The weaknesses of the Second KCP BSI of Boyolali Pandanaran were about the unstable system and strengths, the system that was still adopted from an independent bank, and the weakness because of the bank merger. It also had opportunities in collaboration with fintech platforms and had the potential in increasing customers due to the merger of three banks. While the threats that faced by the Second KCP BSI of Boyolali Pandanaran were about the tighter globalization rivals, cyber crime threats, etc. Therefore, it needed to increase product innovation, improved the customer service quality, and utilized an extensive network to increase its market share. Besides that, the Second KCP BSI of Boyolali Pandanaran needed to develop collaboration with fintech to make more effective use of technology in providing People’s Business Credit (KUR) payment services to the customers.
