PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPRIBADIAN, DAN MODAL TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PEMUDA DI KECAMATAN JOGOROGO
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of motivation on entrepreneurial interest among youth in Jogorogo District, (2) the influence of personality on entrepreneurial interest among youth in Jogorogo District, (3) the influence of capital on entrepreneurial interest among youth in Jogorogo District. The method used in this research is quantitative method with data collection technique through questionnaire distribution. The sampling in this research is non-probability sampling using quota and purposive sampling techniques. The research sample consisted of 132 respondents of youth in Jogorogo District. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The data analysis techniques include testing the research instrument, testing classical assumptions, testing model accuracy, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: Motivation has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 8.391 > 1.65685 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Personality has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 7.456 > 1.65685 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Capital has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.526 > 1.65685 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In the F-test, motivation, personality, and capital have a simultaneous influence on entrepreneurial interest with the calculated F-value of 1.548 > 0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting H1.
