ABSTRACT This study aims to identify and analyze the role of personality traits and teamwork competencies on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by mediating organizational commitment in PT. Investama Komando Security.This study used a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as data collection material which was analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Version 23 Software. The sample used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique of 124 respondents from PT. Investama Security Command. Data analysis used multiple regression tests using the T test as a hypothesis test and path analysis as a mediation test. The results of this study indicate that personality traits do not have a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), teamwork competencies have a direct and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on OCB, personality traits have a significant effect on organizational commitment, teamwork competencies have a significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior OCB, personality traits have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment, and teamwork competencies have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment. The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework regarding factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior can be improved by teamwork competencies and organizational commitment. Therefore, it can be concluded that employees who have good teamwork competencies and organizational commitment will have a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior.
