EFEKTIVITAS FUNDRAISING WAKAF DENGAN LAYANAN WAKAF ONLINE PADA BADAN WAKAF AL-QUR’AN (BWA) SOLO
ABSTRACT The emergence of information technology developments, particularly in the economic field, helped waqf institutions in developing the application of fundraising or waqf fund collection, with online-based waqf being one of them. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of waqf fundraising with online waqf services at the Al-Qur'an Solo Waqf Agency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques based on the results of interviews, documentation, and financial reports from the Al-Qur'an Solo Waqf Agency from 2018-2021, as well as other supporting secondary data. The results of this research indicated that the effectiveness ratio of waqf fundraising with online services from 2018-2021 was deemed ineffective because the results were below 60%. However, when measured with overall data (both online and offline) in 2018, it reached 107.70%, 126.70% in 2019, 71.87% in 2020, and 60.42% in 2021, indicating that the results were not yet effective. This was due to the decrease in ratio in 2020 caused by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and in 2021, the decrease was due to the addition of more targets set by the institution, despite a significant increase in fundraising. The progressivity indicator was also deemed non-progressive because of the decreased amount obtained in 2020. The implementation of online waqf is more practical and efficient in terms of time and makes it easier for the waqif. With the evidence of program achievement reports, financial transparency data, and the institution's professionalism in carrying out its tasks, it created satisfaction for the waqif's expectations with the performance of the nazhir, and the trusting belief increased. The more satisfied the waqif, the higher the level of trust in the institution, measured from the institution's integrity and good intentions. Therefore, the Al-Qur'an Waqf Agency is said to have succeeded, as indicated by the matching results of interviews from Staff, Waqif, and information on the Al-Qur'an Waqf Agency website, which resulted in a statement of satisfaction and assessment of the Al-Qur'an Waqf Agency as a trusted institution.
