ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of corporate characteristics, intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership on firm value. This study analyzes property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual financial reports. The population in this study are all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the final sample was 22 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program. The results showed that profitability, firm size and intellectual capital have a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure, corporate social responsibility, and managerial ownership have no effect on firm value.
