Pengaruh Prestise Merek, Kualitas Produk, Dan Nilai Hedonisme Terhadap Loyalitas Merek Iphone
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of brand prestige, product quality and hedonism value on Iphone brand loyalty. The population in this study are smartphone users who live in Karanganyar Regency. The sample in this study are iPhone users. There were 114 respondents used in this study. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 16. This research method is a quantitative research method. The data analysis method used is the t test. The results of the study show that: (1) brand prestige has a positive and significant effect on Iphone brand loyalty. (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on Iphone brand loyalty. (3) the value of hedonism has a positive and significant effect on Iphone brand loyaltyKeywords: Brand Prestige, Product Quality, Hedonism Value, and Brand Loyalty
