ABSTRACTThis study examines the impact of BAZNAS Blora Regency's zakat community development program in an effort to reduce poverty. With the aspect of independence and developing the potential of mustahik, so that in time it will achieve the goals of zakat management. In this study, the authors analyzed "Study of the Impact of the Zakat Community Development Program (ZCD) on the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Blora Regency". The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the zakat community development program carried out by BAZNAS Blora Regency and to find out the economic impact of mustahik after receiving zakat community development program assistance from BAZNAS Blora Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis.The results of this study state that the implementation of the zakat community development program is carried out in real terms by directly surveying the condition of the population by providing socialization and training, forming groups, distributing aid and assisting mustahik who run the zakat community development program. The implementation of the zakat community development program is provided in the form of livestock and providing capital to develop the mustahik business. To measure the impact of successful empowerment through several indicators including reducing the number of poor people, developing income-raising businesses, increasing community awareness, group independence and increasing community capacity and income distribution.Keywords: Impact, welfare, business development
