PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN KERAGAMAN PRODUK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MELALUI KEPUASAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING ( Studi pada Pelanggan STOCKIST NASA AD 1860 )
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, service quality, and product variety on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variabel (Study on Customers STOCKIST NASA AD 1860). The population in this study were STOCKIST NASA AD 1860 customers who had purchased more than once. The sample in this study were STOCKIST NASA AD 1860 customers with a total of 103 respondents. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software version 22. This research method is a quantitative research method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. (5) service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. (6) product diversity has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. (7) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. (8) customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between price and customer loyalty. (9) customer satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. (10) customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between product diversity and customer loyalty. Keywords: customer loyalty, price, product variety, satisfaction, service quality.
