PERAN ORIENTASI BELAJAR KARYAWAN DAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: MEDIASI SELF EFFICACY (Pada Karyawan PT Guna Wijaya Mulia)
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the effect of Employee Learning Orientation and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance: Mediation of Self Efficacy employees of PT Guna Wijaya Mulia. The sample used was non-probability sampling with a census sampling technique of 62 employees of PT Guna Wijaya Mulia. This study used a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as data collection material which was analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Version 22 Software. Data analysis used path analysis using the t test as a hypothesis test and the Sobel test as a mediation test. The results of this study prove that Employee Learning Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Self Efficacy, Intrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Self Efficacy, Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Employee Learning Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Intrinsic Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance. While Self Efficacy cannot mediate Employee Learning Orientation and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance.
