ANALISIS KEPUTUSAN PENGGUNAAN BSI MOBILE DENGAN PENDEKATAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA NASABAH MUSLIM DI SOLO RAYA
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and trust on decisions to use BSI Mobile. The population used in this study were BSI Mobile customers in Solo Raya. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Sample data were 115 respondents who met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perceived convenience variable has no significant effect on the decision to use BSI Mobile. Meanwhile, the variables of perceived usefulness and trust have a significant effect on the decision to use BSI Mobile.
