ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN BSI MOBILE DALAM TRANSAKSI E-COMMERCE
ABSTRACT BSI Mobile banking plays an essential role in the development of e-commerce. With BSI Mobile, it is hoped that can facilitate e-commerce transactions quickly and efficiently and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The use of BSI Mobile for e-commerce acts as a means of payment in transactions. In its transactions, it is not uncommon for BSI Mobile to experience problems such as errors, transfer failures, and payment failures during e-commerce transactions. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of BSI Mobile for e-commerce transactions using the UTAUT theory. Because indicators in UTAUT theory can explain and measure a person's intention and behavior in using BSI Mobile. This research is a type of field research with a quantitative approach method. The population used in this study is the Boyolali community, which uses BSI Mobile for e-commerce transactions. In this study, to determine the sample using the Lemeshow formula was obtained from a sample of 96 respondents, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Y= 3,434 + 0,382 X1 + 0,104 X2 + 0,293 X3 – 0,112 X4 + 0,682 X5 – 0,159 X6 + 1,158 X7 + e. The results of this study indicate that the variable performance expectations (X1), the social influence variable (X3), the hedonic motivation variable (X5), and the habit variable (X7) affect the BSI Mobile usage vsariable in e-commerce transactions. Meanwhile, the business expectation variable (X2), the facility condition variable (X4), and the price value variable (X6) do not affect the use of BSI Mobile in e-commerce transactions.
