PENGARUH PERSEPSI TEKNOLOGI, RISIKO, DAN HANDLING COMPLAIN TERHADAP MINAT NASABAH DALAM MENGGUNAKAN BSI MOBILE (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRAC By eliminating the need for consumers to visit the bank and interact with bank tellers, BSI Mobile may save time and money. Consumers can complete their transaction activity by accessing the application and selecting the features they require. It is apparent that as technology advances, there are hazards involved that must be ignored. By utilizing BSI Mobile, the bank has undoubtedly reduced any potential dangers, ensuring the security of every transaction the customer does. Due to the potential hazards associated with utilizing BSI Mobile, the bank must be ready to consider client concerns. With regards to customer concerns, this will serve as an assessment for the bank to keep enhancing the BSI Mobile system in order to provide consumers comfort in the future when they transact using BSI Mobile. This study falls under the category of field research with a quantitative methodology. Students from UIN Raden Mas Said who utilized BSI Mobile made up the study's sample population. In this study, a sample of 100 respondents was acquired in order to calculate the sample using the Lemeshow formula. The research results show that the technology perception variable (X1) and complaint handling variable (X3) have an effect on the customer's interest in using BSI Mobile. While the risk variable (X2) has no effect on customer's interest in using BSI Mobile. Keywords: technology perception, risk, handling complaint, BSI Mobile.
