PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIMEDIASI KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali)
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice on employee performance mediated by emotional intelligence. The study was conducted at PT Sari Warna Asli II. Variables This study uses a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection material and a sample of 103 employees. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using statistical t testing as a hypothesis test and Sobel test and path analysis as a mediation test. The results showed that organizational justice (X) had a positive and significant relationship to employee performance (Y), organizational justice (X) had a significant and positive effect on emotional intelligence (M), emotional intelligence (M) had a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) and emotional intelligence mediate (M) organizational justice on employee performance (X). The findings of this study are that employee performance can be improved by organizational justice and emotional intelligence. It can be concluded that employees who have perceptions of organizational justice and have good emotional intelligence can improve the performance of employees. Employee emotional intelligence can be formed with the existence of organizational justice provided by the company which aims to improve the performance of employees. However, if emotional intelligence cannot be managed properly, it will become a burden on the company. Keywords: organizational justice, emotional intelligence, employee performance.
