STRATEGI FUNDRAISING DALAM MENINGKATKAN POTENSI DANA ZAKAT, INFAK, SEDEKAH (ZIS) TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN SRAGEN (Studi BAZNAS Kabupaten Sragen)

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine "Fundraising Strategy in Increasing the Potential of Zakat, Infaq, Alms Funds (ZIS) for the Welfare of the People of Sragen Regency" (Case study of BAZNAS of Sragen Regency). This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the fundraising strategy of BAZNAS of Sragen Regency in collecting zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds is carried out using two methods, namely the direct method (Direct fundraising) and the indirect method (Indirect fundraising). The collection of zakat funds is carried out using a payroll system which is debited directly from the salaries of ASN, BUMD, as well as vertical agencies such as the Ministry of Religion, Police, Kodim, District Attorney, District Court, and Religious Courts. The collection of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds in BAZNAS, Sragen Regency is mostly obtained from ASN by 80%. The distribution of zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds for BAZNAS Sragen Regency has two ways, namely distribution in a consumptive form and utilization in a productive form. The distribution is in a consumptive form, namely mustahik receive basic food assistance and cash which is given to people who are less able to meet their daily needs. Meanwhile, utilization is in a productive form, namely mustahik gets assistance in the form of goods and money to help develop the business that has been carried out. The result of utilization of zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds in a productive form is that BAZNAS of Sragen Regency plays a significant role in the welfare of the mustahik's life.
