PENGARUH TASK TECHNOLOGY FIT (TTF), KEPERCAYAAN DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada Pengguna Aplikasi SAKTI di Solo Raya)
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of task technology fit, trust and quality of information on employee performance. This study used purposive sampling. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study used a data collection technique using a questionnaire which was distributed to SAKTI application users in the Greater Solo area with a total sample of 81 users. The results of this study prove that task technology fit, trust and information quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The more precise the information system used, the employee performance also increases. The more confident the information system users are that the accounting information system used can help optimize performance, the more their performance will increase. The quality of the information presented by the SAKTI application affects the level of satisfaction and performance of information system users, because the information presented by the SAKTI application is accurate and clear, users will feel satisfied in using the application, thereby increasing employee performance.
