PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN SPIRITUAL DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN
ABSTRACK Human resources are an important element in the success of an organization in achieving goals. Each organization has its own leadership style. Leadership character, people and organizations are starting to look for better, more ethical leaders to increase employee performance. Therefore to find the level of performance, this study uses spiritual leadership, organizational climate in increasing empowerment to examine the direct and indirect effects on the performance of RSIS Yarsis employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of the role of spiritual leadership and organizational climate in increasing employee empowerment and performance. The population in this study were 264 employees of RSIS Yarisis. The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling technique in this study using only internal divisions, medical support, nursing, and general affairs with a total sample of 73 RSIS Yarsis employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, path analysis and Sobel test using SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study show that spiritual leadership does not care about employee empowerment. Organizational climate can increase employee empowerment. Spiritual leadership cannot improve employee performance. Organizational climate can improve employee performance. Empowerment can improve employee performance. Empowerment does not mediate spiritual leadership on employee performance. And empowerment mediates organizational climate on employee performance. The conclusion from this study is that spiritual leadership cannot increase employee empowerment and performance, organizational climate and empowerment can improve employee performance, employee empowerment is not proven to be able to mediate spiritual leadership on employee performance, empowerment is proven to be able to mediate the effect of organizational climate on employee performance. Suggestions from this study are that leaders should foster trust in employees and reward employees for developing their potential with the aim of improving employee performance and adding joint activities that involve all employees to foster a sense of kinship Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Organizational Climate, Empowerment, Employee Performance
