ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PELAKU USAHA MIKRO PADA BMT AL-AMAL BENGKULU

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of mudharabah financing on community empowerment of micro entrepreneurs at BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu. The data used is primary data obtained directly from BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu and customers. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The number of informants in this study were 2 people from BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu, namely financing staff and the head of BMT and 10 people from customers. So that the informants in this study were 12 informants who were directly related to mudharabah financing at BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu. So the research subjects consisted of informants who were considered capable of providing information related to mudharabah financing and customers who had mudharabah financing for micro businesses at BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu. Being representative of the entire population is the goal. Because these 12 people came from different circles, the researchers used 12 informants who could represent and answer how the effectiveness of Mudharabah Financing for Micro Enterprises at BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu. This is expected to answer the problems that exist in research. In general, the distribution of mudharabah financing for community empowerment of micro-enterprises at BMT Al-Amal Bengkulu can be said to be effective. This is because the distribution of mudharabah financing has shown clarity of goals to be achieved, clarity of strategies for achieving goals, formulation of solid policies, careful planning, preparation of appropriate programs by forming productive financing programs, availability of working facilities and infrastructure, effective and efficient implementation characterized by the ease with which mustahik apply for Mudharabah financing, and an educational monitoring and control system.
