ANALISIS PENGARUH CITA RASA, VARIASI PRODUK, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG DI MIE GACOAN CABANG KARTASURA
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of taste, product variety, and service quality on repurchase intention at Mie Gacoan Kartasura Branch. This study consisted of independent variables, namely taste, product variety, and service quality and one dependent variable, namely repurchase intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data obtained was processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all customers at Mie Gacoan, Kartasura Branch. The sampling technique used in this study is porpusive sampling. The number of research respondents was determined as many as 97 people. The results showed that the first hypothesis indicated that taste had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, the second hypothesis indicated that product variations had no positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and the third hypothesis indicated that service quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.
