PENGARUH KENYAMANAN, KETEPATAN WAKTU, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN KRL COMMUTER LINE SOLO- YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of convenience on KRL Commuter Line Solo-Yogyakarta customer loyalty, (2) The effect of punctuality on KRL Commuter Line Solo-Yogyakarta customer loyalty, (3) The effect of service quality on customer loyalty KRL Commuter Line Solo -Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this research is a survey. The population in this study are consumers who have used KRL Commuter Line Solo-Yogyakarta services. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis is used to examine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that (1) convenience has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) punctuality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of this study found that the comfort variable was the highest variable affecting customer loyalty with several indicators of cleanliness, safety and room temperature.
