PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, KUALITAS PRODUK MELALUI KEPUASAN PELANGGAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN LARISSA AESTHETIC CENTER CABANG SRAGEN
ABSTRACTThe Larissa Aesthetic Center Beauty Clinic is the first aesthetic beauty clinic that carries the concept of "Natural Ingredient with High Technology", which is a treatment system that uses natural ingredients for its products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty at the Larissa Aesthetic Center Sragen branch.This study used a quantitative method using a purposive sampling technique. In this study using primary data sources using statistical data analysis, the analysis technique for the IMB SPSS 23.0 program is a Likert scale. The data collection technique for this research is to use a questionnaire, the population used in this study is customers at the Larissa Aesthetic Center Sragen Branch, and the sample is at In this study, 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire with the terms and conditions that apply. The results of this study are service quality affects customer satisfaction, product quality affects customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer loyalty, product quality affects customer loyalty, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, service quality and product quality affect customer loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that product quality, service quality at the Larissa Aesthetic Center, Sragen Branch have good quality so that customers feel satisfied about it so as to create good customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.
