PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN BUKU (STUDI PADA RESELLER INSAN KAMIL)
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. Books (studies on the trading business of Kamil Humans). The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study are Insan Kamil resellers. The sampling technique in this study was by means of random sampling so that 100 respondents were obtained according to predetermined criteria. Data collection was used by distributing questionnaires and then processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, service quality, and social media marketing positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. And the research results are proven by the results of the three variables of 77% and the rest are influenced by other factors or variables that are not present in this study.
