PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN, KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Ease of Use, Service Quality and Security on Consumer Satisfaction. This type of research in this study is using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were 91 respondents using non probability sampling techniques. Using 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Organize data using IBM SPSS 22 software assistance. Data analysis using the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and model fixity test. With independent variables Ease of Use (X1), Service Quality (X2) Security (X3) and the dependent variable Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The results of this study indicate that the variables of ease of use and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The security variable has no effect and is not significant to customer satisfaction. Keywords: Ease of use, Service Quality, Security, Customer Satisfaction
