ANALISIS PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN, MANFAAT DAN FITUR LAYANAN FINTECH PAYMENT TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF MAHASISWA (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Surakarta)

ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of fintech payment convenience, fintech payment benefits and fintech payment service features on the consumptive behavior of Surakarta students. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires conducted by respondents. The population in this study were university students in the Surakarta area. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. With the Lemeshow formula, the sample size of 96 respondents was determined, rounded up to 100 respondents. In this study, the data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the convenience of fintech payment had no positive and insignificant effect on the consumptive behavior of Surakarta students. While the benefits of fintech payment and fintech payment service features have a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of Surakarta students.
