PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN, KINERJA KEUANGAN, PENGUNGKAPAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2018-2021)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The data in this study used secondary data with data collection techniques research documentation method. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique and the final sample are 21 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 program. The results showed that managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value. Financial performance has a negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have no significant effect on firm value.
