PENGARUH PERCEIVED EASE OF USE DAN PERCEIVED USEFULNESS TERHADAP CONTINUANCE INTENTION MELALUI SATISFACTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PENGGUNA FLIP.ID
ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine, explain, analyse and measure a phenomenon regarding The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention through Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Flip.id Users. The research method used is quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 154 respondents. The analytical tools used are instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test, path analysis and sobel test. While data processing tools use IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. Based on the research results obtained Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness are able to influence Continuance Intention directly. And Satisfaction can mediate Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention. This explains if The Perceived Ease of Use and The Perceived Usefulness of Flip.id is increased, so Satisfaction will also increase so that users intend to continue using Flip.id.
