FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN INVETSOR MENGGUNAKAN TABUNGAN EMAS DI APLIKASI PEGADAIAN DIGITAL SERVICE (Studi Pada Nasabah Pegadaian Cabang Ciledug Cirebon)
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy, price fluctuations, and promotion on investment decisions of gold savings in the Pegadaian Digital Service application, a case study on customers of Pegadaian Ciledug Cirebon. This study is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique, with a total sample calculation of 85 respondents using the Slovin's formula. Then, it was increased to 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial literacy, price fluctuations, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions for gold savings in the digital pawn application of Pegadaian's Ciledug Cirebon customer service. With the results of the simultaneous F significance test, obtaining a calculated F value of 46.999 > tabled F value of 2.689 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of the partial T-test for the financial literacy variable showed a calculated T-value of 5.063 > tabled T-value of 1.661 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the variable of price fluctuations showed a calculated T-value of 2.668 > tabled T-value of 1.661 with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05, while the variable of promotion showed a calculated T-value of 3.117 > tabled T-value of 1.661 with a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05.
