PENGARUH HARGA, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA RUMAH MAKAN BAKSO PINTONG MOJOLABAN
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at Bakso Pintong Mojolaban Restaurant. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Bakso Pintong Mojolaban Restaurant. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and the type of sampling used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 97 respondents. The variables used in this study consist of two types, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is customer satisfaction and the independent variable (X) in this study is price, service quality, and product quality. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 23 program. The results of the research show that: 1) Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction; 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the simultaneous test of the three independent variables in this study have a joint effect on customer satisfaction.
