ANALISIS NIAT DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNA LINKAJA SYARIAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY 2 (UTAUT 2) (Studi Kasus Pengguna LinkAja Syariah Solo Raya)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of a technology on the intentions and behavior of users of the LinkAja Syariah application in Solo Raya using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) theory and its variables such as performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, facility conditions, hedonic motivation, value price, and habit. The population in this study is all users of LinkAja Syariah in Solo Raya. The sample taken was 100 respondents from the community using LinkAja Syariah in Solo Raya. And the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data is processed and obtained from primary data in the form of a questionnaire. While the analysis used is the analysis of instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, and R2 test). The analytical method used is regression with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable UTAUT 2 does not always have an effect on the dependent variable. Where performance expectations, business expectations, social influence, facility conditions, hedonic motivation, and price values do not effect the intention to use the LinkAja Syariah application in Solo Raya. Meanwhile, habits have an influence on the intention to use the LinkAja Syariah application in Solo Raya. The results also show that the condition of the facility has no effect on the behavior of LinkAja Syariah users in Solo Raya. Meanwhile, usage habits and intentions have an influence on the behavior of LinkAja Syariah users in Solo Raya.
