PENGARUH VARIASI PRODUCT, FACILITY, DAN SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA BISNIS COFFEE SHOP SUNNY STORY WONOGIRI
ABSTRACT The emergence of various marketing strategies that are being carried out at this time cannot be separated from the many competitions that have occurred lately. The good opportunity for this café business has resulted in many cafes popping up in Wonogiri Regency. Many cafes have sprung up which of course bring a variety of menus. Therefore, Sunny Story should also offer a variety of products. This study aims to determine that the variety of products, facilities, and service quality affect consumer satisfaction directly or indirectly at Coffeeshop Sunny Story Wonogiri. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS 23 software. The results obtained in this study were based on multiple linear regression tests which stated that product and facility variations directly had a partial positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Sunny Story Wonogiri. While Service Quality has no effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Facility has an effect on Sunny Story's customer satisfaction, it can be observed from the results of the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which has a high beta coefficient value of 0.391 compared to variations in product and service quality valued at 0.250 and 0.-109.
