PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di JII periode 2018-2021)

ABSTRACT This research was conducted because there was a phenomenon of decreasing company value on JII for 2020. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there financial performance, capital structure, and company size influence firm value. This study used quantitative research and data sources from financial reports. The type of data emailed in secondary data research. The population in this research is a company registered on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 2018-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that there are 15 companies for 4 years and the result is 60 data. Techniques in data analysis in this study using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that financial performance has a positive effect on firm value. The capital structure variable has no effect on firm value. while the size of the company has a negative effect on firm value.
