ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of the variables of convenience, benefits, risks, trust on the decision to use Shopeepay as a means of payment. By connecting the theory of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) as a basic research framework. Shopeepay is one of the e-wallets that has developed quite rapidly even though Shopeepay itself is said to be a newcomer.This study uses a quantitative method, namely all data based on numbers. This study took a sample of respondents who used Shopeepay on UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students. The population in this study amounted to 16,242. The sampling technique used the convenience random sampling method. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires on the Google Form to UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students with a total sample of 390 respondents. Tests in this study used the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that benefits, convenience, and trust had a significant influence on the decision to use Shopeepay as a means of payment. Meanwhile, risk has a negative influence on the decision to use Shopeepay as a means of payment. Keywords: Usefullnes, Ease Of Use, Risk, Trust, E-wallet
