ABSTRACT This research aimed to identify the factors causing the trouble in conducting murabahah contract (akad murabahah), the use of risk mitigation in restructuring in solving the trouble during Covid-19 pandemic, and to identify the restructuring development with the implementation of restructuring during Covid-19 pandemic at Widodaren Ngawi branch office of BMT BeeMass. Qualitative research using the approach of descriptive method was applied to this research. The population was all murabahah finance members and officers at Widodaren Ngawi branch office of BMT BeeMass. The sample used in this research was 10 customers and 2 officers of Widodaren Ngawi branch office of BMT BeeMass. The data were collected through natural condition, primary data source, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done through 3 stages, they were data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study showed that the factors causing the trouble in payment at Widodaren Ngawi branch office of BMT BeeMass were low salary, life style, basic needs, and the lack of financial evaluation from the officers. The solution done through restructuring was in the form of changing the schedule of instalment payment, providing extra time, postponing the basic payment, and postponing the instalment payment. Restructuring was done by BMT BeeMass by decreasing NPF value referred to POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 about stimulating the national economic.
