IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN RESTRUKTURISASI PEMBIAYAAN UMKM BERMASALAH PADA BPRS DANA AMANAH SURAKARTA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the problematic MSME financing restructuring policy at the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, the obstacles faced and the strategies implemented by the BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sample used is 5 informants. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique performed is using triangulation techniques. The results of this study explain that the implementation of the problematic MSME financing restructuring policy at BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out in accordance with POJK Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.03/2020. There are two schemes, namely by transferring obligations and extending the installment period. The obstacle faced by BPRS Dana Amanah Surakarta in implementing this policy is that they are more likely to maintain the health level of the BPRS because it is feared that the health level of the BPRS will decrease during this pandemic. The strategy adopted for these constraints is by mapping or classifying which MSMEs have the greatest impact and prioritizing the most impactful MSMEs first for restructuring.
