FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NIAT MEMBAYAR ZAKAT PROFESI DI KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

ABSTRACT The aim of study is to identify the factors influence the intention to pay zakat professional in Grobogan Regency.This type of reseach is quantitative using primary data and data collection tecniques using questionnaires directly to respondents. The population of ASN muzaki reseach who have not paid professional zakat at BAZNAS in grobogan Regency includes four institution namely DPRD in Grobogan Regency, PDAM Grobogan Regency, Ki Ageng Selo Hospitaland and Ki Ageng Getas Pandhowo Hospital with 138 questionnaires distributed. The determination of the sample in thisstudy used the Slovin Formula, so that result of the study were 52 responden ts. The sampling technique used purposives ampling technique which resulted in a sample of 52 responden. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis using the application SPSS version 22. The result of the reseach indicate that attitude affect the intention to pay professional zakat, whic behavioral control, injunctive norm, descriptive norm and moral norm do not affected the intention to pay professional zakat .
