PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS, AKUNTABILITAS, DAN TRANSPARANSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MUZAKKI MEMBAYAR ZAKAT DI BAZNAS SRAGEN

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of muzakki in paying zakat in BAZNAS Sragen. The variables in this study are the decision of muzakki to pay zakat (Y) and the independent variable (X) is accountability, transparency of zakat institutions, and muzakki religiosity. The population in this study was 6,710 muzakki in BAZNAS Sragen. The researcher used a sampling technique in the form of nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 102 civil servants who became muzakki at BAZNAS Sragen. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data using a questionnaire as data collection. This study uses the SPSS Version 23 analysis tool. The results showed that the religiosity, accountability, and transparency of zakat institutions had a positive effect on the decision of muzaki to pay zakat in BAZNAS Sragen.
