EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM LAYANAN MOBILE BANKING BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA PADA MASA PANDEMI (Studi pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Sragen)
ABSTRACT The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic has driven changes in customer behavior in using banking services, customers tend to avoid crowds and activities outside the home to avoid transmission of the coronavirus. This encourages BSI to continue to strive to provide the best service to its customers through the availability of facilities that can support transactions, one of which is through BSI Mobile. This research was conducted to know the convenience and benefits of BSI Mobile and how effective mobile banking is during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with primary data obtained through interviews with respondents. The population in this study was BSI KCP Sragen customers, while the sample in this study was 7 BSI KCP Sragen customers who had used mobile banking. The collected data is then analyzed concerning the Miles and Huberman model in the form of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion and Verification. The results of the study show that BSI mobile services can make it easier for customers to make transactions during a pandemic because by using BSI mobile customers can make transactions anytime and anywhere without needing to be afraid of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The BSI mobile service is useful for customers in making various transactions during a pandemic. By using BSI mobile services, the benefits that customers get will be more numerous and not limited to financial transactions. BSI mobile services are effective for use during a pandemic because during a pandemic customers need financial services that are fast, easy and efficient, and guaranteed to be safe from the risk of transmission of Covid-19.
