PERAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF DENGAN MEDIASI MOTIVASI KERJA (Studi Kasus PT Sinung Pribadi Wonogiri)
ABSTRACK The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational climate on innovative work behavior with work motivation as a mediating variable on employees of PT Sinung Pribadi Wonogiri. The sample in this study amounted to 53 respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires as material for data collection. The data analysis technique used is the F test, coefficient of determination test, t test, path analysis test and Sobel test which will be analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The variables used in this study are organizational climate (X) as the independent variable, innovative work behavior (Y) as the dependent variable and work motivation (Z) as the mediating variable or intervening variable. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational climate has a positive effect on work motivation. 2) organizational climate does not have a positive effect on innovative work behavior. 3) work motivation has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. 4) work motivation mediates the effect of organizational climate on innovative work behavior. The findings of this study are that the indirect effect has a greater influence than the direct effect in increasing innovative work behavior. The conclusion of this study is that an employee who has a supportive organizational climate and has high work motivation will make an employee able to improve innovative work behavior.
