Efektivitas Zakat Produktif dalam Mengentaskan Kemiskinan Mustahik di Kota Surakarta Tahun 2020

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of productive zakat and its impact on alleviating mustahik poverty which has been carried out by BAZNAS Surakarta City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, dan documentation. Informants in this study were recipients of productive zakat funds in the form of business capital and amil in the distribution and utilization sector. The analysis technique in this research is by means of qualitative descriptive methods such as data collection first, then matcher with the problems studied, then classified into data. And to test the validity of the data, the researchers used the triangulation technique. The result showed that the productive zakat fund assistance program carried out by BAZNAS Surakarta City was not yet effective in alleviating the poverty of mustahik. The four reasons are program socialization, program target accuracy, program monitoring or supervision, and program objectives. There is only one indicator that has been effective, namely target accuracy. This shows that the accountability of the program run by BAZNAS Surakarta City is not running as intended Keywords: Effectiveness, Productive Zakat
