STRATEGI DAN INOVASI KEUANGAN UMKM HALAL DI BOYOLALI DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19
ABSTRACT The pandemic covid-19 has a direct impact on the sustainability of MSMEs. Changes in market demand require MSMEs to change their work patterns as well as implement new strategies and innovate to survive and be able to meet market needs and not forget the factors of halal and product hygiene. Therefore, this study was conducted to know the conditions and strategies and innovations of Halal MSMEs in Boyolali Regency during the pandemic. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method with primary data obtained through interviews and documentation. The sample in this study was 5 Halal MSMEs located in Boyolali Regency. Data analysis techniques are used in the form of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was tested by using the data triangulation technique. The results of the study showed that during the pandemic the condition of Halal MSMEs in Boyolali Regency experienced a decline as seen from the decline in income and assets. The strategy in dealing with the pandemic is carried out by reducing the amount of production and stock of raw materials to temporarily stopping production, reducing working hours and employees, increasing capital through financing, selling assets and opening franchises, expanding marketing areas, and collaboration with other agencies and opening booths. in the center of crowds and sports. Innovation is carried out by developing new products and adapting digital technology in sales through social media and the marketplace, as well as innovation through implementing non-cash payments. The strategies and innovations carried out by MSMEs are proven to be able to minimize losses and increase income. Keywords: MSMEs Condition, MSMEs Strategy, MSMEs Innovation
