PENGARUH JAMINAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health insurance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Solo Post Office. This study uses a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection material which was analyzed using SPSS version 21. The sample of this study used 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health have a positive effect on job satisfaction, occupational safety and health have a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, and occupational safety and health have a positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction mediation. The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework regarding the factors that influence employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that companies that implement K3 well and have an impact on employee satisfaction with this application, employees will provide the best performance they have to the maximum.
