PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN, RELIGIUSITAS, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK BANK SYARIAH (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah Angkatan Tahun 2018 UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT This research was empIoyed to find out the customer’s decision in using the product of Shariah Bank by Iooking at the infIuence of knowIedge, reIigiosity, service quaIity, and Iocation. This research empIoyed quantitative method supported by primary data. The sampIes in this research were 100 respondents seIected from sharian banking students academic year 2018. The technique of sampIes seIection was non probabiIity sampIing and the data coIIection techniques was by spreading questionnaire through googIe form. The technique of data anIysis was SPSS for Windows version 23. The resuIt of this research in partiaI test resuIt (T-Test) showed that knowIedge, reIigiosity, service quaIity, and Iocation significantIy infIuence the decision of shariah banking students academic year 2018 University of Raden Mas Said Surakarta in using the product of Shariah Bank.
