FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT MAHASISWA UNTUK BEKERJA DI SEKTOR PERBANKAN SYARIAH (Studi Mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)

ABSTRACT This study was conducted in order to determine the factors that influence the interest of Islamic banking students at FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said in working in the Islamic banking sector. The independent variables used in this study are salary, work environment, family environment, and labor market considerations. The method used is a quantitative method, using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to students of the Islamic Banking study program at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta Class of 2018-2019 with as many as 90 respondents. Then this data is analyzed with the help of the SPSS Statistics IMB application version 22. After being analyzed, it was found that the salary variable has no effect on student interest in working in the Islamic banking sector. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, which shows a coefficient value of 0.409 with a significance level of 0.684 > 0.05. The work environment has no influence on student interest in working in the Islamic banking sector. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, which shows a coefficient value of 1.783 with a significance level of 0.078 > 0.05. The family environment has an influence on student interest in working in the Islamic banking sector. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, which shows a coefficient value of 2.293 with a significance level of 0.024 < 0.05. Labor market considerations have an influence on student interest in working in the Islamic banking sector. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, which shows a coefficient value of 3.451 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.
