REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the company's reputation as a mediating effect of environmental performance and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The dependent variable in this study was firm value. While the independent variables in this study were environmental performance and corporate social responsibility. This study used a mediating variable, namely company reputation. The population used in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The data used was secondary data in the form of annual reports and PROPER rating results. The sampling technique used for this study was purposive sampling. The samples used were 39 companies with 4 years of observation equal to 156 research data. The method used in this study was the panel data regression method. The results showed that environmental performance and corporate social responsibility had no effect on company reputation, environmental performance had no effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility had a negative effect on firm value, and company reputation had no effect on firm value. This study also showed that corporate reputation did not mediate environmental performance on firm value and that corporate reputation mediated corporate social responsibility on firm value.
