PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY PADA APLIKASI AUM MOBILE TERHADAP KEPUASAN ANGGOTA BMT
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality which includes Efficiency, System availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact on Customer Satisfaction on users of the AUM Mobile Application. The basic theory used in this research is Service Quality, E-Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study member of BMT Amanah Ummah (AUM) and BMT Mazaya, samples taken were 100 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitave approach. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using likert scale to measure each indicator of the independent and dependent variable. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research on the T test shows that the independent variables System Availability and Compensation affect Customer Satisfaction while the variables Efficiency, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, and Contact do not affect the Customer Satisfaction of users of the AUM Mobile apllication.
